 Learning Through Service Program

The Learning through Service program is an exciting new project being offered to elementary schools in the Upper Canada District School Board and the Catholic School Board of Eastern Ontario. The program offers students a creative and innovative look at volunteerism and the positive impact their actions can have on creating and maintaining a strong community. The program will combine classroom curriculum with community outreach projects which will provide students with the tools necessary to become stronger more tolerant individuals.

The program will operate bi-weekly as an after school club and will be offered to all elementary age students.  The club is a fun and exciting way to become involved in the school community, meet new friends and learn new ways to make a positive change.
